B) Barbell Row- 3 x 10

C1) One Arm KB Snatch- 3 x 10ea.
C2) Banded Glute-Ham Raise- 3 x 10

D1) Glute Bridge Ham Curls- 3 x 10
D2) Ab Pulldown- 3 x 10
