B) Flat Dumbbell Bench (palms in)- 3 x Max Reps

C1) Chin-Ups- 3 x Max Reps
C2) Scarecrows- 3 x 8

D1) Chain Lateral Raise- 4 x 10
D2) Reverse Chain Curls- 4 x 12
