    How many times a week could I do this workout a week? Are there some other things that I could do on other days as well or what would work out best man?

  2. Hey Cam,

    I wouldn't do it more then once per week. You want to keep your body guessing, that means switching up exercises, rep ranges and number of sets. It all depends on what your goals are, are u focused on increasing strength and/or mass or is fatloss your main goal?
