B) Barbell Bench Press- 4 x 10-15 (aim for 10 and see if you can bust out a few extra reps after that)
C1) Chin-Ups- 3 x Max Reps
C2) *Seated Dumbell Cleans- 3 x 10
D1) 90 Degree Lateral Raises- 4 x 12
D2) Banded Tricep Extension- 4 x 12
My training is predominently focused on strength, NOT getting "huge" or "jacked".
